Please familiarize yourself with my policies before booking an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

I allow a 5 minute grace period for late arrivals. After that a $10 late charge will be applied for every 10 minutes you're late. After 20 minutes you will be considered a no call no show if you have no contacted me. Please reach out to me if you're going to be late to make sure we don't need to rescheudle.

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 Hours Before your scheduled time. Any cancellations or reschedules after this time may be subject to a 30% service fee at my discretion. If you have an emergency, please reach out to me personally to make a change to your appointment. Frequent cancellations or reschdules may require deposits for future bookings. I reserve the right to deny future bookings if a client frequently cancels or reschedules appointments.

No call-no shows are disrespectful to my business and my time and will be charged up to 50% of the service cost as fee. Following this you will be required to pay a deposit or pre-pay for your future appointments. Deposits are non refundable. I reserve the right to block a client who no shows from booking future appointments.

FAQ

Do you fill or work on nails done by other nail techs?

- Yes I do as long at they are structurally sound. Its a good idea to book a soak off with your first appointment just in case to make sure we have time should your nails need to be soaked off and redone. Just put in the notes you prefer a fill.

I want nail art. How should I book this?

- If you're not sure what level nail art your design will be, book a "Medium Difficulty(Multiple Nails) option. We can always change it during the appointment.

Do you allow kids /Guests at appointments?

- Yes! I even offer children's services!

As long as children are quiet and well behaved, they are welcome to attend appointments. Should any issues occur, I do reserve the right to request they not attend future appointments.

All guests should be cleared with me before hand and be limited to one guest or 2 children as my room is not very large and cannot accomodate alot of people. Excess guests will have to wait outside in the waiting area.

I may have a nail fungus, ingrown toe nail, or injured nail, can you still work on me?

- No! Please see a medical professional to have any of these issues treated. Fungal issues are highly contagious and put me and my other guests at risk. Should I suspect a fungus, I do reserve the right to refuse service until a dcotors note is provided stating it is safe to work on the nails.
